Exhibition Booth Design Case Study: Alfanar Projects – SABIC Conference 2025, KSA

For the prestigious SABIC Conference 2025 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, I designed a custom exhibition booth for Alfanar Projects that reflected their brand identity, engineering excellence, and future-forward vision. The goal was to create an immersive space that attracted visitors, clearly communicated Alfanar’s offerings, and delivered a visually striking brand presence.

Using a combination of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, I created all key visual assets—including static wall posters, animated branding content, and digital screens. The design featured:

The booth followed Alfanar’s visual brand language with signature blue gradients and white tones, creating a clean, high-tech look. Every design detail—from lighting, layout, and material texture to digital motion graphics—was aligned to enhance user engagement and visitor flow.

Collaboration with on-ground production teams, architects, and AV technicians ensured precise execution of the design vision. The final outcome was a modern, bold, and immersive booth that successfully captured attention and strengthened Alfanar’s brand visibility at the event.
